“The following terms and conditions (“the Conditions”) are applied to all transactions on directslatwall.co.uk between Direct Slatwall (“the Company”) and any Business Entity (“the Buyer”). All orders are made subject to acceptance of the conditions by the Buyer.” 1. PRICE AND PAYMENT All prices given in £ Sterling are exclusive of VAT and of delivery charges. Prices are subject to review and may be changed at any time without notice. The price quoted at the time of acceptance between the Company and the Buyer will be the price charged. A deposit paid by the Buyer for Goods is non-refundable if the Buyer decides not to go ahead with an order for any reason (excluding non-supply by the Company). 2. GOODS The Company makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information, written and verbal, and related graphics published. The information may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of the Company howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Goods are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days unless quoted otherwise. The Company will contact the Buyer if there are any variations to the quoted delivery schedule. The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage, arising due to late or non-delivery. 4. DELIVERY The Goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer following delivery. Larger items, or items delivered to certain locations within the British Isles may be subject to additional delivery charges. The Company will contact the Buyer in any such instance. 5. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS The Company warrants that the Goods will correspond with the description at the date of order and are fit for the purpose for which they are sold at the time of delivery. The Company conducts business to business transactions, and as such is not restricted to the consumer trading act. The Company will only accept the return of UNOPENED and UNUSED saleable goods within 7 days of purchase (or 48 Hours of Delivery), after prior written consent is given to the Buyer with a return number, Any return without a return number will be rejected and will not be held liable for any postage charges incurred by the Buyer. Goods returned will be discretionary and subject to a 35% re-stocking fee. There are NO returns on Slatwall Panels, Slatwall Inserts and Slatwall Profiles, Shelves and Counters unless faulty. These products are classified as 'made to order'.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Save in respect of personal injury or death due to the negligence of the Company, the Company shall not be liable to the Buyer in respect of any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage suffered by the Buyer due to any defect in the Goods. Save in respect of personal injury or death due to the negligence of the Buyer the liability of the Company under these Conditions shall be limited to and under no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods. 7. WEBSITE USE AND PRIVACY The Company give’s no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the content of the site and assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in it or the effect it has upon your computer. The Company does not warrant or guarantee that the directslatwall.com website service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Personal information sent to directslatwall.com is at the sender's own risk. 8.
